ATTENTION: SENSATIONS AND THOSE GOING TO DISNEY

We are having 3 car washes to help keep the Disney trip costs at a minimum. We are still in need of funds to pay the balance due. In order to do this it is CRITICAL that we have everyone participate and help the Sensations make this opportunity work. The first 2 car washes on the same day will need to have an equal number of kids. If we have too many RSVP for one location, we may ask some to switch to the other location.

Sunday MAY 25 at Advance Auto in Greensburg from 11:00 AM to 4 PM

Sunday MAY 25 at Auto Zone in Jeannette on Rt. 30 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Any and All Sensations are encouraged to come to the last car wash in Latrobe.

Saturday MAY 31 at Arnold Palmer Motors on Rt. 30 Latrobe from 9 AM to 2 PM

Again we are asking that the kids pick a day or 2 to attend these car washes. All are welcome and much appreciated. It is critical that we have enough kids at each so again we may ask you to switch depending on how many RSVP at each location.

Please extend thanks to all that attend as it is very much needed!

Please RSVP to Lori Basenback at 724-961-4192 or lbasenback22@msn.com by Thursday this week and Wednesday of next week to let her know how many will be attending each car wash.

AGAIN THANK YOU!

We need your help!

Recently, Rosine Dull, owner of the Never Enough Boutique in Greensburg, responded to the sponsor letter I sent her by offering to host a fundraiser at her store for Stage Right. She explained that she is an ardent supporter of Stage Right and is appreciative of the hard work and impressive results from everyone at Stage Right.
Rosine’s offer appealed to me as she agreed to assume most of the work and costs (printing the tickets and fliers, providing the order forms and catalogues and hosting the open house). Our job, as parents, requires minimal effort, but will reap great rewards!

Chris was also excited about the fundraiser when I discussed it with her. Chris requested that all proceeds go toward the purchase of a new copier. The copier that the school has now does not adequately cover the school’s needs. In fact, Chris told me that for one of this year’s productions, they had to pay $800.00 just to have enough copies of scripts for everyone in the show. The school’s copying needs are not just for the productions, this summer’s campers will also need copies of their scripts, for which Stage Right will have to assume the cost. Every student enrolled at Stage Right will benefit from the purchase of a new copier, which is why everyone is being asked to participate; 100% participation is necessary to make this fundraiser work. Copiers start at $5,000.00, which is not an unrealistic goal, for the kind of fundraiser Rosine is offering.

Here is how it works: every student is being asked to sell 10 $5.00 tickets for a Vera Bradley raffle. The Vera Bradley items being raffled are: a purse, wallet, cosmetic bag, umbrella and photo album in the new “yellow bird” pattern. (The items will be displayed at Never Enough Boutique. The ticket advises that the drawing will take place at 4:00 on Sat, June 14th culminating a day-long open house at Never Enough Boutique. Throughout the day, a percentage of any and all purchases (not just Vera Bradley) from Never Enough Boutique will be given to Stage Right. In addition, two weeks before the open house, each student will be given Vera Bradley catalogues ad order forms. A percentage from every Vera Bradley item sold will be donated to Stage Right. If every student sells 10 tickets, presells Vera Bradley and encourages people to shop on June 14th, we can reach our goal.

Please let me know if you are willing to participate. You can e-mail me at pferguso63@hotmail.com or call me at 724-837-3320 or cell 724-244-5265. This is a wonderful opportunity being offered to us. I hope we make the most of it.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!

Pam's letter states a percentage of sales will go to Stage Right on June 14th. Never Enough has now decided to give Stage Right a percentage from now up to and including June 14 if someone makes a purchase and mentions the donation to Stage Right.
