New Billing and Payment Policy

Effective January 2, 2012

Stage Right! is instituting a new billing and payment policy.  This policy will streamline the payment process and reduce costs of mailings.

1. All students must complete a registration form for each semester.

2. Registrations paid in full prior to the beginning of the semester will received a 10% discount.

3. Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless payment arrangements have been made.

4. If paying for the whole year of classes, a payment booklet will be issued with a monthly payment plan.

5. Other payment arrangements will require a credit card on file.

6. All students must have a parent email on the registration.  All statements will be emailed directly to the parent.

7. To qualify for Tuition Assistance, parents must complete a request and attach a copy of the most recent W2.  Forms are available in the office.

8. A new wall safe will be installed and payments should be placed in the safe after office hours.  Do not leave on any of the desks in the office.

9. If payment in full or a payment arrangement has not been completed by the third week of classes,  students will incur a  service charge  of  $5 per week

10. If payment is not  received by the completion of the semester, the student may not be able to register for the semester without secured arrangements.

Please understand we are only looking out for the future of Stage Right! and are willing to work with students and parents to make arrangements.   To date Stage Right!, is owed over $30,000 from students.  It is imperative that we institute stronger policies for our future.
