The Board of Directors

Stage Right! is governed by a volunteer, unpaid Board of Directors that strives to represent a broad cross-section of the communities and constituencies we serve.

The Role of the Board of Directors is to participate in the development of this organization’s mission; to ensure that the mission is implemented; to carry out their duties according to state and federal laws and regulations; and to comply with the internal policies and bylaws governing the organization.

 

The Board is responsible for the development, interpretation, and oversight of policies guiding the organization’s purpose. They support and uphold the duties of the Executive Director and Staff, which are focused on the management and implementation of the organization’s work.
