At StageRight!, theatre is more than what happens on stage — it’s a way to connect, uplift, and inspire our community. As we continue to grow, we’re always interested in meeting individuals who share our passion for arts education and believe in creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for students of all ages and abilities.

This open application serves as an evergreen opportunity for those interested in working with StageRight! in a variety of capacities. While we may not have a specific position posted at the moment, we encourage you to apply if you are interested in:
- Teaching performing arts classes (theatre, musical theatre, dance, voice, acting, etc.)
- Directing or choreographing productions
- Music direction or accompaniment
- Technical theatre (lighting, sound, set design, stage management)
- Administrative or front-of-house roles
- Summer camp or outreach programming
- Support staff or program coordination

We value creativity, collaboration, professionalism, and a commitment to student growth. Whether you are an experienced educator, working professional, college student, or emerging artist, we’d love to learn more about you.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the role, but may include:
- Teaching engaging, age-appropriate performing arts classes
- Directing, choreographing, or supporting productions and showcases
- Creating safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environments
- Collaborating with fellow instructors and leadership
- Communicating effectively with students, families, and staff
- Assisting with rehearsals, performances, camps, or community events
- Supporting organizational operations and program growth
- Upholding StageRight!’s mission, policies, and professional standards
