Auditions at Stage Right!
Audition Dates
Students from ages 7*-18 are invited to audition for Emma (JV) and Hadestown: Teen Edition** on Saturday, August 24th, 2024 from 3:00pm-9:30pm.

If you CANNOT attend the in-person auditions, you MUST submit a video audition, following the requirements below, by 9:30PM on Saturday, August 24th.

*Students who are 7 years old will still participate in our Imagination classes until they turn 8, but have the option to 'move up' to our preteen show for this opportunity. We recommend each family consider if their student is at an age to participate with 7-13 year olds in a 1-hour musical experience.
**Students MUST be 13 as of September 2, 2024 for consideration for HADESTOWN: TEEN EDITION. IF a 13-year old decides to "move up" for the production of HADESTOWN: TEEN EDITION, they have permanently moved up in all classes and shows at Stage Right! and can no longer participate in Preteen classes or shows. As always, you can discuss any concerns or ask questions with the staff before you make a decision. Thank you.
Show Information
Rehearsals begin the week of September 2nd. Rehearsals are typically 6:30pm or 7:00pm to 9:00pm (earlier for younger ages) and are held Monday-Thursday, with Sunday afternoon/early evening used.

Rehearsal schedules are provided at the start of the rehearsal process and not every student is 'called' (theatre term meaning 'assigned') to report for each rehearsal. We try our best to maximize your time and ours in our rehearsal process. That said, if you are not called regularly, it becomes VERY important to be available when you ARE called so that you don't miss anything important.

Tech Week (the week we rehearse in the theatre) is the week of September 30th. No absences are allowed at this point.

Performance dates are October 4-6. A full schedule and performance times will be given on the first night of rehearsal.

Students registered for 1 or more Fall Session (Quarter 1) classes (Aug. 24-Oct.28) will have their participation fee waived. Any student NOT registered for Quarter 1 class will be charged a $125.00 participation fee.
